We want you to love your Harmony Hearts order! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalised or custom-made items (exempt from standard return rights under UK consumer law)
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

How to Return

To start a return, please contact us at harmony-hearts@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within the cancellation window before dispatch. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at harmony-hearts@hotmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
